Georgia's hotel price index rose by 7.1% in March 2021 compared with February. Within that, the index for 3, 4 and 5-star hotels rose by 6.9%, while guesthouse rates increased by 3.4%, according to research published by PMCG.
Compared with 2019 and 2020
Measured against the same period in 2019, the hotel price index in March 2021 was down 8.1% — with 3, 4 and 5-star hotels down 9.7% and guesthouses down 10.7%. Compared with March 2020, however, the index was up 8.1%.

By region
For a standard double room in a 5-star hotel, the average rate was GEL 587 in Guria, GEL 436 in Tbilisi, GEL 295 in Adjara and GEL 293 in Kakheti.
